Pam Baker
Pam Baker is Vice President of Trust at First State Bank and Trust. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. She has over fifteen years’ experience in trust administration, and prior to that spent twelve years in public accounting. She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pam is an active member of the Lake Elmo Rotary Club, Stillwater Area ACT on Alzheimer’s Action Team, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dragon Divas, an organization dedicated to breast cancer survivors.
